Bethesda has once again had to come out and tell Doom fans that the fourth installment in the series is well into production and has not been cancelled.

AllGamesBeta claimed that  the game had been canned alongside a set of screenshots.

Thankfully Doom 4 is still alive and kicking.

“DOOM 4 isn’t cancelled,” Bethesda’s VP of PR and Marketing Pete Hines told Joystiq. “When we’re ready to talk about it and show it off, we’ll let everyone know.”
