Blizzard are aiming to release Diablo III in Q2 of this year.

The date was discussed while looking at Blizzard’s financial status at their 2011 earnings call.

Blizzard are notorious for delays to their games but thankfully they usually create games adored by their fans. They put back the release of Diablo III from Christmas last year in order to work on polishing the new game. “After receiving feedback from the community and our internal teams, we’ve implemented changes to the game which we believe will greatly improve the game experience and ensure that the final release will live up to our high expectations,” a Blizzard rep said.

So if everything goes to plan we can expect to see Diablo III between April and June. Hoorah!
