The first of a new set of trailers for Darksiders II has been released. The video is mainly CGI that shows the game’s new protagonist Death slaughtering several bad guys, fight one huge boss and generally being badass. By the end something rivalling an enemy in Shadow of the Colossus appears and then the trailer comes up with the message “to be continued”.

We love how the new trailer looks and if the in-game bosses are anything like this giant, then we could have something special on our hands.

Darksiders II is out late June.
