Two weeks ago ago the new MotorStorm RC was released in the UK for the PS Vita and soon you’ll be able to download the full version for free.

Thanks to a partnership with Scion the downloadable game will be made free for a limited time together with a Vita exclusive in-game Scion IQ RC.

The game features 16 tracks with a series of customisable vehicles ranging through 8 different categories, from Buggies to Monster Trucks. Starting tomorrow you’ll also be able download the game for the PS3, however this will still cost you.

The announcement finishes with the line, “And after you’ve taken the RC iQ for a spin in the virtual MotorStorm world, you can always check out this new vehicle in the “real world” at a Scion dealer near you. Enjoy!” Clearly this is all a promotion stunt from Scion, but as long as there’s a free game to snag, Vita owners can’t complain.
