Jackie Estacado’s twisted adventures continue in The Darkness II and we are massive fans of the original which had a uniquie gameplay and story.
The latest news from Digital Extremes is that the game will feature a cop-op mode called Vendettas. Players can use either Inugami, Shoshanna, Jimmy Wilson or J.P DuMond. Each character will have their own unique play style and abilities that can be upgraded while playing through the Vendettas mode.
Each character looks to be varied in abilities and design that it could work within the game. We are less sold on the idea that The Darkness II will manage to give Vendettas its own comprehensive storyline.
Still we are even more excited to rip, tear and maul our way through hordes of gangsters in The Darkness II. Check out the video below for gameplay footage of the new mode.
