Nordic Games have revealed the pricing details for their upcoming entry in the Painkiller series,  Hell & Damnation, together with some new images.

Standard and Collector’s Editions of the game will be available on the PC, priced at £17.99 and £24.99 respectively, while the version available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 will retail at £24.99.

The Collector’s Edition will unsurprisingly come packed full of goodies, including stickers, postcards, the soundtrack, a making of DVD, and in-game skins and power-ups. The Collector’s Edition will also feature all the content from the Standard Edition, which features an A3 poster (and the game, of course!). The game is pegged for a release in January next year on consoles, while PC owners can get their hands on it this October.

Peter Hercher, PR and Marketing for Nordic Games, said:

“We’re committed to offering games of the highest quality and rewarding the fans with additional content that truly adds depth.

“It’s fantastic that we can offer this at a price which is superb value for money. The game is an explosive action classic that has been packed full of the darkest parts of hell and fantastic bonus material, for an extreme, demonic experience.”

Released alongside the announcement of the retail pricing of the game, came a selection of screenshots (see below). What do you think – will this new Painkiller do justice to the 2004 classic?
