Square Enix Japan has announced that they will be developing games for the Anrdoid based OUYA, with a Final Fantasy title releasing on day one.

Although the exact extent of their plans to provide more content for the kickstarter console phenomenon is unclear, they have confirmed that Final Fantasy III will be released simultaneously with the hardware in March, 2013.

From the start it was clear that OUYA had the potential to succeed. We are glad to see big names such as OnLive and Square Enix working on the new platform.
