Metal Gear mastermind Hideo Kojima has confirmed to French magazine IG that Metal Gear 5 is on the way and that Solid Snake could be returning.

Metal Gear Online will be taken offline by June the 12th. The online mode was bundled in with Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots but wasn’t received well by the masses.
