The winners of Grasshopper’s student development program Game Campus Festa have been announced.

Game Campus Festa was a collaboration between Grasshopper Manufacture, other Japanese developers, and schools around the country. Each selected educational establishment was provided with PS Vita development kits. Students then worked together in groups, submitting ideas for a new game. They then started development work on the game in September, finishing the whole project by February.

In February a full list of those short-listed was announced. Out of those who were considered, only five won the golden seal of approval from Grasshopper Manufacture: Uni Uni Union, Eledive, Octalide , Volt and Mou, Sou Suru Shika Nai!! made it through the selection stages.

We are all for this kind of educational work by a games developer. Grasshopper Manufacture somehow got even cooler than it already is.
