Reddit user derptemp6698 has revealed details of an upcoming multiplayer DLC release for Mass Effect 3, as well as some titbits regarding the Extended Cut.

The Reddit source has gained the notice of the game’s media since accurately predicting the contents of the Rebellion Pack DLC several weeks before the official announcement.

derptemp6698′s post with regards to the Mass Effect 3: Earth content states:

The fighting is fiercest when it’s your home at stake. Mass Effect 3™: Earth adds mods, gear, and new maps for Rio, Vancouver, and London. It features 3 new weapons: Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun. Six new human N7 classes are also available: Destroyer, Paladin, Demolisher, Slayer, Shadow, and Fury!

Regarding the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut, the Reddit post revealed the following:

An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard’s choices on the future of the galaxy.

No price or release date was confirmed for the multiplayer DLC, although if previous experience is anything to go on, we should hear word within the coming month.

The Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut is expected to release some point in Summer 2012, and remain a free download until April 12 2013. Mass Effect 3 was also confirmed as a launch title on the Wii U during the Nintendo Press Conference last week at E3.
