Phantasy Star Online 2 fans can create their very own character as of today. Sega has released the program which allows users to make their own avatar, which can be carried through to the full game when it is released.
Currently the creation tool is only in Japanese, but with a bit of translation and messing about you should be fine. Have a go by .
