Skullgirls will be available on Xbox Live Arcade from April the 11th for 1200 MS Points or £10.80. There is currently no solid release date on a PS3 version of the game, but Developer Reverge Labs’ community manager Peter Bartholow said that Skullgirls release on a Sony console will ”very probably April 10th”.
It seems that the beat-em’ up genre is seeing a recent revival. Street Fighter X Tekken and Blazblue have seen major releases this year and Skullgirls will be the first major game in its genre to be released digitally, cutting out those pesky stores.
We’re really looking forward to playing Reverge Labs beautiful looking game. Roll on April the 11th!
