A while back it was revealed that Guilty Gear XX would be getting a new lease of life under the new title Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus RV P. Developers Arc System Works were keeping suspiciously quiet about the whole matter and fans were not sure whether this is to be a lazy port or an update.

Thankfully it appears to be the latter with director Takeshi Yamanaka revealing several new updates for the beat-’em up via his . Characters will now be tweaked to make sure they are even more balanced, with some fighters even getting new moves.
