After having rumours going around of Amazon giving refunds to Mass Effect 3 owners who were dissatisfied with the game’s ending, EA’s Origin seems to be following the trend.
Over at the BioWare forums, a user by the name of t_i_e_ posted that he successfully received a refund by simply contacting the Origin Help service and explaining how the game did not deliver what it had advertised.
With the entire Internet breaking out in riots over the conclusion of the Mass Effect trilogy and refunds seem to be becoming reality, we can look forward to see how BioWare will try to handle the situation or if they will simply wait it out. As for now it doesn’t look like we can expect much of a change.

I think this is disgusting, accept the fact that the ending wasn’t what you expected and get over it, or trade it in.
From my chat with a help specialist (03/21/2012. 8:00pm CST):
I would like to inform you that as per the new EA rules and policies we won’t be able to refund you for the game mass effect 3 But what we can do for you is that we can replace your game with the other game if you wish ?
do you still have the original log?
I asked for a refund and got this response “I regret for inconvenience this cause. With new policy, we can no longer issue refund for any purchase.” and was given this link http://help.ea.com/article/returns-and-cancellations
The problem I had wasn’t with the game story itself. The game play just was not my cup of tea.
