South African retailer BT Games has listed Dead Space 3 on its website and has begun accepting pre-orders for the unannounced game.
IGN spotted the cock-up earlier today and while BT Games may have tried to cover their tracks, IGN were smart enough to snag themselves a screenshot, which you can view below.
A Dead Space sequel announcement will come, it is just a matter of time. Last September artwork was leaked for the heavily rumoured sequel via an Israeli news show.
Soon after several reports stated that the next Dead Space game would be set on a fictional ice planet called Tau Volantis. Series protagonist Isaac would be haunted by his own split personality, with the game chopping between the two states of mind.
BT Games have had a history or outing games early. They previously outed Jak and Daxter HD Collection a month before the official announcement and even managed to tell the world that Mass Effect 3 would have multiplayer.
