Last year an  EA representative revealed that the Mass Effect series would be getting some form of handheld game, teasing that there would be “new ways to play Mass Effect”.

Again we have been teased by an EA rep. This time the rep said that several “products” for the mobile format would be released later this year.

Presumably this would be for mobile phones so that both Sony and Xbox 360 fans can get their hands on such a game. We can’t see this coming to the 3DS or even the Vita due to the fact it would cut out fans of Microsoft’s console.

Whatever’s going on someone hurry up and tell us. The more Mass Effect the better!
