Kadokawa Games has released some more artwork for Killer is Dead. The new game which is being co-developed by Grasshopper Manufacture promises to be pretty odd. Game Director Suda 51 described it as “a sort of “Dark Side 007″ in that it will feature a number of beautiful Bond Girl-like ladies.
The new artwork is mainly black and white but it already looks that it may have quite varied environments. One image shows a man holding a sword in a town that has been ravaged by mysterious shards. Another image shows the unnamed man running along water next to old Japanese building. In one image it appears that we can see a satellite from space.
We also think that Killer is Dead may contain large bosses. Look at the image with the huge man smashing a power plant with a light bulb and tell us that this doesn’t look like a potential boss.
That said, these are just pieces of artwork and do not necessarily reflect the final product.
Killer is Dead will be out on Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2013.
