Starting February 22nd this year we can all expect a new internet-based reality show by Capcom, promoting their upcoming title, Street Fighter X Tekken.

Alex Valle and Aris Bakhtanians, two “legendary” players, will be coaching two teams on a challenge based show called “Cross Assault”. The two teams consist of members of the Capcom-Unity page who’ve auditioned in the form of submitting videos, saying why they should be part of the battle. You can follow the spectacle live on Capcom’s community website, where the contestants will go head to head for a $25,000 prize.

This all sounds too familiar, please don’t make this another atrocity like The Tester.
